Lisa fell into recruitment through IT Heavy Hitters, a charity boxing event aiming to affect positive social change surrounding suicide prevention, suicide awareness and mental health in NZ.

Lisa has since made a career out of helping people find their next exciting consulting opportunity and has amazing connections across the Wellington tech sector. Making a positive difference to people’s lives and working alongside not only candidates but clients is a real driver for Lisa.

Lisa has experience recruiting for various skill sets across the IT sector, from business facing analysts and programme directors, to hands on technical skill sets like developers and engineers. Lisa manages the talent / opportunity pipeline across all new consulting and contract opportunities for Ascent.
