Raj Bhula

PROGRAMME & PROJECT SPECIALIST

Raj’s experience ranges across a wide range of complex government programmes and projects in New Zealand, and previously whilst living in the United Kingdom. He has a wealth of experience in strategy, organisational change, programme, and project implementation through to human centred design.

This experience has been applied across several settings both in government and private sector organisations, including transport, social services, education, justice, housing, local government, construction, energy, electronics, sport, and hospitality. His diverse range of skills, knowledge and experience allow him to both navigate and understand the complexity of the machinery of government and business.  Raj’s stakeholder engagement and implementation skillset showcase his personality when it comes to advice, decision making and service delivery knowledge.

Raj has experience of working in numerous agile environments, enabling him to identify and problem solve quickly and effectively, through structured processes.  Raj is a strategic with logical thought and calm under pressure. Additionally, he has an extensive background in coaching representative sport.
