Deryk Soderberg

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Deryk Soderberg has been involved in the IT industry since 1984, specialising in software development and systems/database administration, and is an accomplished programme/project technical manager. He is adept at running large teams of technical personnel, and is able to take business problems and translate them into technical solutions.

He has run successful consulting practices for large consulting companies (Cap Gemini, Ernst and Young, and Hewlett Packard).

Deryk is experienced in substantial transformation programmes, and has led architecture development for projects within large organisations. He is also an expert in service management, and established Hewlett Packard’s service management consulting business.

Within Ascent, Deryk leads the ​management of a team​ supporting a wide range of non-production environments, using best-practice service management processes.

  • Delivery of numerous infrastructure deployment and upgrade projects.
